So, you've got an espresso machine, but the coffee still isn't coming right? Or maybe you're struggling to replicate that amazing coffee you managed to get that one time!
During this informal masterclass, we'll introduce you to some basic tips to get the most of your espresso machine. The class will include;
Understanding what makes good beans
How coffee extraction works
Why and how to adjust your grind size
Tasting your coffee to understand what needs adjusting
Milk steaming
This is a theory and practical masterclass, with some coffee tasting included.
